QJ series four-point angular contact ball bearing provided by Peple Parts have a diameter of 40mm-850mm, outside diameter of 80mm-1120mm, width of 18mm-460mm. QJ series ball bearings can support axial loads in both directions, the inner ring is separable and can reach high rotation speed when used in combination with retainer. In addition, we offer retainers made of various materials including bronze, brass and steel.
Four-point contact ball bearings is one type of separable bearings, the cross-section of inner and outer ring raceway is peach shape. The contact between steel balls and rings is four-point contact in both no-load or unidirectional radial load conditions. While there is two-point contact for unidirectional radial load, and can support biaxial load. While the four-point contact can support torque load. In addition, the double inner ring(outer ring) of four-point contact ball bearings is equipped with corresponding bearings, which can’t be replaced even for bearings with the same dimension.
