Naturally, it varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. In most cases, we work as per the following schedule:

Small     quantities: standard delivery is no later than 1 to 2 weeks; on request, we can usually meet even the most urgent next day shipping requirements (a rush surcharge may apply).
Larger    quantities, original equipment manufacturer items: shipping is scheduled with releases to meet specific customer requirements.

If the order exceeds CAD1000, we take care of the shipping charges (duties and taxes included). However, we always communicate with the customer adjust our policies as per there need.

PEPLE Parts warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of products found to be defective within Thirty [30] days from date of delivery. This warranty is only valid provided the product is used within the design and material limitations for the specificoperating conditions, as agreed at the time the order is placed. The warranty is subject to correct installation, regular scheduled inspection during the warranty period, and normal wear and tear. Because of the wide variation of demands during use and operation of equipment onto which PEPLE Products have been installed, which are totally outside the control of PEPLE, no expressed or implied warranty of the general or specific results apply to the performance of PEPLE Products, nor is any responsibility or liability assumed by PEPLE with regards to any particular application. It is up to the Purchaser to establish whether their Vehicle or Equipment will be affected by installation of the PEPLE Products prior to purchase. The goods covered hereby shall be deemed finally inspected and accepted within ten [10] days of receipt there of unless notice of a claim is given in writing to PEPLE within such time period. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. The customer assumes risk of any Manufacturer’s/OEM warranties being voided and/or diminished by reason of PEPLE Products installing on Manufacturer’s /OEM parts at the customer’s request. Do not pressure-wash/Acid wash Peple part products as it will severely compromisethe strength and performance of the product by causing delaminating and will void the warranty.
