33200 series tapered roller bearings provided by Peple Parts had a diameter of 25mm-100mm, outside diameter of 52mm-180mm, width of 22mm-63mm. In order to prevent the fabrication caused by the rollers from colliding with each other, we provide retainers made of different materials including bronze, brass and steel, featuring high abrasion resistance and better rigidity.
Single-row tapered roller bearings are comprised of the outer ring, inner ring, tapered roller and retainers. The outer ring is detachable from the inner ring assembly, and users can exchange the outer or inner ring assemblies of any standard tapered roller type with the same model according to ISO standards for tapered roller bearing dimensions.
Main application
The cone angle between the outer ring and raceway of single tapered roller bearings generally ranges from 10°to 19°, ensuring it is capable of supporting a combination load from both axial and radial directions. This bearing series is often used in vehicle front wheels, transfer rollers, lathe spindles and pinion devices. In addition, the rib surface is smooth and clear, thus assisting in the formation of a lubrication film to reduce fabrication and lower wear costs, as well as extend the service life.
