31300 Series Bearing

31300 series tapered roller bearings provided by Peple Parts had a diameter of 25mm-150mm, outside diameter of 62mm-320mm, width of 17mm-75mm，being able of supporting high load. In addition, 31300 series tapered roller bearings is made of high-carbon chromium steel GCr15, featuring high-rigidity and hardness, which complies with international standards tested by Rockwell hardness tester.

Single-row tapered roller bearings are comprised of the outer ring, inner ring, tapered roller and retainers. The outer ring is detachable from the inner ring assembly, and users can exchange the outer or inner ring assemblies of any standard tapered roller type with the same model according to ISO standards for tapered roller bearing dimensions.

Main application

The cone angle between the outer ring and raceway of single tapered roller bearings generally ranges from 10°to 19°, ensuring it is capable of supporting a combination load from both axial and radial directions. This bearing series is often used in vehicle front wheels, transfer rollers, lathe spindles and pinion devices. In addition, the rib surface is smooth and clear, thus assisting in the formation of a lubrication film to reduce fabrication and lower wear costs, as well as extend the service life.
