An oil groove and holes are provided in the outer ring to supply lubricant and the bearing numbers are suffixed with E4.To use bearings with oil grooves and holes, it is recommended to provide an oil groove in the housing bore, since the depth of the groove in the bearing is limited.
When bearings with a hole for a locking pin to prevent outer ring rotation are required, please inform Peple parts.
Permissible Misalignment
The permissible misalignment of spherical roller bearings varies depending on the size and load, but it is approximately 0.018 to 0.045 radian (1°to 2.5°) with normal loads.
Limiting Speeds
The limiting speeds listed in the bearing tables should be adjusted depending on the bearing load conditions. Also, higher speeds are attainable by making changes in the lubrication method, cage design, etc.

Cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with a cage between the rollers, which prevents the roller from tilting or rubbing against other rollers, and efficiently balancing the increase in the rotation torque. This series includes single row cylindrical roller bearings, and double row cylindrical roller bearings.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable, and are capable of bearing only a radial load. This makes them ideal for large electrical machinery, such as a tractor gear box.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings are compact, rigid, and feature a large load bearing capacity, making them ideal for spindle bearings in machine tool spindles.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE OF CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS
If the load on cylindrical roller bearings becomes too small during operation, slippage between the rollers and raceways occurs, which may result in smearing. Especially with large bearings since the weight of the roller and cage is high.
In case of strong shock loads or vibration, pressed-steel cages are sometimes inadequate.
If very small bearing load or strong shock loads or vibration are expected, please consult with Peple Parts for selection of the bearings.
Bearings with molded polyamide cages can be used continuously at temperatures between —40 and 120°C. If the bearings are used in gear oil, nonflammable hydraulic oil, or ester oil at a high temperature over 100°C, please contact Peple Parts beforehand.

PERMISSIBLE MISALIGNMENT
The permissible misalignment of cylindrical roller bearings varies depending on the type and internal specifications. For double-row cylindrical roller bearings, nearly no misalignment is allowed.
Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed with a separable structure that is comprised of both inner and outer rings, and feature a high load capacity that is suitable for large electrical machinery, machine tool spindles and gearboxes and more.
Based on the different structures, we offer a variety of types, including the N-type, NU-type, NUP-type and NF-type. Users can choose the right bearing for their needs. Types NU and N are suitable as free-end bearings. Types NJ and NF can sustain limited axial loads in one direction.
Types NUP can be used as fixed-end bearings. Our recommendations are below, based on the different single row cylindrical roller bearing structures.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings are movable bearings that are designed with a removable structure that make them easy to install and remove. The two row rollers are arranged side by side, making the bearings capable of supporting a high radial load in high rotational speed working conditions.
Tapered roller bearing load capacities depend on the raceway angle of the positive outer ring. The greater the angle, the greater the carrying capacity. This is different from different angular contact ball bearings made from a variety of materials. Our recommendations are listed below.

Single Row Tapered Roller Bearings
The cone angle of the outer ring raceway ranges from 10° to 19°, and can support a combination load from both axial and radial directions, making them ideal for lathe spindles and compressors.

Double row tapered roller bearings are capable of bearing both an axial and radial load. They also feature a high rigidity, making them ideal for gear boxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills, and mining machinery.
Four row tapered roller bearings can accommodate a higher radial load, while the limiting speed is slightly lower. These bearings are ideal for use in heavy duty machinery.

Single-row tapered roller bearings are comprised of the outer ring, inner ring, tapered roller and retainers. The outer ring is detachable from the inner ring assembly, and users can exchange the outer or inner ring assemblies of any standard tapered roller type with the same model according to ISO standards for tapered roller bearing dimensions.
Main application: The cone angle between the outer ring and raceway of single tapered roller bearings generally ranges from 10°to 19°, ensuring it is capable of supporting a combination load from both axial and radial directions. This bearing series is often used in vehicle front wheels, transfer rollers, lathe spindles and pinion devices. In addition, the rib surface is smooth and clear, thus assisting in the formation of a lubrication film to reduce fabrication and lower wear costs, as well as extend the service life.

Features
Our bearings are made of bearing steels that have a hardness of up to HRC61-65, thus ensuring a better wear resistance.
Between the inner ring and outer ring of the bearings, there is a space ring to adjust the clearance between the bearings, and prevent them from becoming damaged during operation. The temperature will increase if the axial clearance is too small or too large, which causes the bearings to become worn faster, and reduces the service life, which is why a space ring is added for the prevention of the temperature rise.
These roller bearings feature an outstanding leak resistance, which prevents outer contamination, and maintains friction and heat generation at minimum levels, thus reducing maintenance costs.
Deep groove ball bearings are a multi-function bearing, and are comprised of a firm inner ring, outer ring, and ball retainer. They are capable of simultaneously supporting both a radial and axial load, with the contact angle at 0 when they are supporting only a pure radial load. This ensures a high rotation speed, making the ball bearing applicable for high speed working conditions.

Single row angular contact ball bearings are capable of supporting only a unidirectional axial load, which makes them ideal for use in machine tool spindles, high-frequency motors, gas turbines, centrifuges, minicar front wheels, difference velocity machine pinion shafts, booster pumps, drilling platforms and food machinery.

Double row angular contact ball bearings are capable of supporting both a radial and axial load, making them ideal for working conditions with high rigidity requirements, such as oil pumps, root blowers, and air compressors.

Four point contact ball bearings are designed specifically for oil free lubrication screw compressors. The 35°contact angular design will extend the bearing service life, thus minimizing maintenance costs.

The roller, inner ring and outer ring of single-row angular contact ball bearings is contacted via point contact, which can support radial load and unidirectional axial load. While this type of bearings will produce component force when it only supports radial load, then the installation in paired is required. Of particular note is that you need to make the pair of bearings face each other in the process of installation, which can avoid the additional axial load and limit the shaft or housing within the axial clearance. In addition, for single-row angular contact ball bearings, with the increase of contact angular, the axial load capacity will become higher, which is generally suitable for high-speed machines.
